REFLECTION

Experience:
The learning outcome is slightly different from what I expected before this semester starts. At first, I thought that this module will focus on photography more. However, this module focus on digital photography and imaging, which is the name of this module 😅. I enjoyed this module and I love this module after completed these 14 weeks. Besides, I like the interactions in class. Before taking up this module, I have zero Adobe Photoshop knowledge. I would not say I mastered the software but I learned a lot about Adobe Photoshop in this module. Not just that, the theories in this module are interesting too. Mr. Martin always makes sure that we are following him in the lectures and he also makes sure that the lectures are not too boring.

Observation:
I observed that collage is an interesting work to do. I know collages before taking up this module but I did not know that collage work can be so interesting. Besides, I observed that my arrangement of composition has been improved. With no doubt, my skills in handling Adobe Photoshop have been improved too. Double Exposure is one of the technics that I hope I can improve more.

Findings:
Adobe Photoshop is amazing software. I feel like nothing is impossible in Adobe Photoshop. Besides, Adobe After Effects is a very useful software for animation. In this module, I also found out that 'less is more'. Mr. Martin always said that 'less is more' but I actually do not understand at first. However, I figured this out when I was doing Project 2 and the Final Project. Hence, I found out that negative spaces are important in a composition.
